What can I do if I can't login to any of our databases?
Answer
Use your Portal login, that is your username and password. Your username is your RCSJ email prefix (everything before the "@" symbol)
Other steps to try:
- try logging in using a different browser
- call tech support at 856-415-2298 option 1 (Mon-Fri when the college is open) OR email TS@rcsj.edu
- clear your cookies & cache, but this will wipe out any saved logins for other websites
